Abstract: यह केस स्वयं एक पत्र का रूप है जो स्कूल के आचार्य एवं शिक्षकों के मध्य संचार बनाता है। आचार्य ने शिक्षकों को आदेश दिया था कि शिक्षकों को स्कूल में विराम के दौरान अपने फालतू समय के 20 मिनट्स स्कूल की केन्टीन में व्यतीत करने चाहिए और छात्रों के साथ बैठकर चाय लेनी चाहिए। शिक्षकों को यह आदेश क्रूर लगा और अनौपचारिक बैठक में अपनी पीड़ा व्यक्त करने में विफल रहने के बाद उन्होंने समूह में मिलकर आचार्य को सामूहिक पत्र लिखा कि उन्हें अपने कार्मिक खंड में ही चाय पीने दी जाये। आचार्य को यह पत्र पढ़कर काफी बुरा लगा और इस रुख में अडग रहीं। वह उन सभी से ऐसी अपेक्षा रखती हैं कि वे आदेश का पालन करें क्योंकि छात्र-शिक्षकों के बीच वह बड़ी अंतर्क्रिया देखना चाहती थी। ...
