Abstract
The case depicts the problem in the formation of a cooperative society setting up a cold storage its utilization. It tells about the behaviour of different caste groups in relation to the running the uses of the cold storage. Students can led to identify the group problems in setting up a small cooperative cold storage and the measures that the leadership need to take into account in order to run it successfully.
