Abstract
This note deals with the recruitment process in organizations. A good recruitment process attracts candidates from desired sources at low cost to the organization. There can be many levels of entry to induct people from various sources. The note also describes the process of recruitment through defining the need, identifying sources, and attracting candidates and also mentions the different sources of recruitment.
