Abstract
This note describes the training in human resource management. Training develops knowledge, skill, and attitude required by an individual to adequately perform given tasks. It highlights the different aspects of training as its frequency , focus, methods, content, selection of trainers, and evaluation in training. All these have to be tailor-made to suit the purpose of training in an organization.
