This case presents the reflections of Dileep Sagar, General Manager (Projects) in Deep Valley Solutions Limited (DVS) on working in teams in a software products company. As a product software company DVS develops and sells packaged software that supports the management of supply chain. The reflections cover aspects like developing an information and monitoring system, coordination with customers, role of project leaders, and interaction between the project leader and his team members. Based on this Dileep is required to develop recommendations for enhancing the effectiveness of project management at DVS.
