Abstract
This case presents the experience of a customer vis-a-vis the project implementation process of Deep Valley Solutions Limited (DVS). As a product software company DVS developed and sold packaged software that supported the management of supply chain. Manohar and Anand, the founders of DVS, reflect on the experience and develop directions for effective management of interface with customers.
