Presents an interview with a new Chief Executive of the bank, and describes how the Chief Executive views the bank and its priorities and style. It might be useful to contrast this case with the Punjab National Bank (B) (BP0082) case to understand the differences between the styles of the two chief executives, one a commercial banker and the other an industrial executive.
