Abstract
This case is the first part of a three-part case. It describe the perception of the chief executive who is also the major stock-holder of the company about his subordinates. The case gives some incidents on which the chief executive bases his opinions as well as the perception of the departmental heads about the chief executive. The case was used to raise general issues of leadership style and oragnization structure.
