This is an exercise in establishing a factory organization. Existing organization, duties and responsibilities assigned to supervisors, their past experience, education, salary levels, etc, are given in the case. Students are required to identify defects, suggest improvements, and recommend a suitable organization structure to achieve the targeted production programme.
