A consumer was disappointed with the experience he had with a company that he had hired to pack and shift his household belongings from one city to another. An account of experiences he and his wife had in dealing with the company and their subsequent complaint appear in the Cases (A) and (B). The Case (C) traces the journey these consumers take up to fight for their rights.
