A consumer was disappointed with the experience he had with a company that he had hired to pack and shift his household belongings from one city to another. The Case (A) describes the problems he and his wife faced and the experience they had in dealing with the company. The Case (B) provides details about what happened thereafter and the complaint these consumers made against the company.
