Abstract
Provides an opportunity to make a cost-benefit analysis in a public sector organization. It also provides an opportunity to analyse the cost of capital in public sector organisation. The case raises issues regarding the inclusion of certain benefits accruing to the public in the calculation of return. This is to be read with the case Mahanagar Municipal Dairy (A) BP0014 and (E) BP0041.
