Sets out the organizational arrangements in the Indian Airlines prevailing in 1968 71, and describes: a) the historical evolution of the corporation, b) relevant parts of the Air Corporation Act to indicate the governmental framework within which the organization operates, c) the organizational structure, and d) parts of the personnel policies.
