Abstract
This exercise posses a question of choosing one of the two sugar factories in private and cooperative sector for working capital assistance by a nationalised commercial bank. The readers are required to make this choice based on working capital management performance as well as agricultural and rural development activities that these two factories have promoted although the former may be considered more important.
