Abstract
Provides comprehensive information on the methods of wheat milling in India. During the planning era there was significant growth of flour mills in view of increasing number of industries dependent on wheat products. Increased commercialization in wheat flour industry brought it into prominence. The operational details of roller flour mills are discussed in detail.
