Abstract
Mr. Rego, a fresh post?graduate, responds to a job advertisement, and is selected for a sales job. He joins the company, completes the induction training, and goes selling. His supervisor's style of dealing with him is unacceptable to Rego. He, therefore, resigns; but not until he has "got even" with the supervisor.
