Abstract
In 1959, Mr. Vora's family, which has been in grain business, entered the business of processing and selling quick-cooking oats under the brand name Blossom. Even after effective improvements, sales remained sluggish and average below plant capacity. In spite of the losses, Mr. Vora was determined to succeed in this business.
