Abstract
The case presents the problem of working out the rates to be quoted by Victory Exports Pvt. Ltd. for supplying aluminium poles to Iraq. It is a trial order. It requires the application of the principles of export pricing and knowledge of the working of the foreign exchange market where rates fluctuate.
