Abstract
Values, beliefs and attitudes have specific meanings but are often used interchangeably in popular literature and in common parlance. This note defines values, beliefs and attitudes and explains their meaning and classification. It further distinguishes between values, beliefs and attitudes and clarifies their usage when applied to social and organizational settings.
