Abstract
This is an exercise case for training students in framing survey questionnaires. It is in two parts. Part I, depicting the problem as well as identifying needed information, is to be distributed in advance. Students are asked to submit a prepared questionnaire. Part II is the actual questionnaire used by the research agency. This is given to the students later on for comparing their questionnaire with the research agency's questionnaire.
