Abstract
This case is about an individual who has become a victim of organizational politics. It highlights how top officials indulge in politics concerning organizational use of lower?level officials; and how an individual, as a consequence of this politics, develops conflict within himself, which in turn leads to a dramatic change in his perception of the entire organizational climate. Based on this case, one may draw implications and illustrations on perception, intra?person conflict, motivation, attribution and consequences of organizational politics.
