Abstract
The case describes a large maintenance depot of a transport organization and the maintenance schedules followed by the depot with respect to their fleet of buses. It also describes the detailed operations. Because of the restricted time available for the maintenance, the depot manager has to devise a method of speeding up the maintenance operations.
