Abstract
This case deals with the transfer of a sweeper-cum-chowkidar from a state allopathic dispensary to a PHC. The incumbent did not comply with the orders of the Deputy CMO. This resulted in undue correspondence without any positive results. Indiscipline had also been created, with the MO of that PHC defying the orders of the Deputy CMO and shielding the incumbent. No decision could be taken, even after a year.
