Abstract
This case describes the initiatives of Ramkumar who took over as the Vice President of TI Cycles, and the corporate management of Tube Investments of India Limited to turn around the organization and create a platform for future growth. The protagonist Ramkumar is expected to review the performance and decide on the future of TI Cycles. The measures initiated by Ramkumar in manufacturing, culture building, market development and enhancing the overall competitiveness of the company are described in detail.
