Abstract
The case deals with the problem of communicating special features of a trademark referring to processing of fabric to the target audience. A comprehensive research was commissioned by the company for obtaining data on behavioural characteristics and awareness of advertising for this and similar processes. The focus is on the use of research for developing advertising strategy.
