Abstract
Deals with various problems in the implementation of agricultural programmes. It emphasizes the steps that urgently need to be taken at planning if implementation is to be carried out smoothly. The problems dealt with are: linking of physical financial targets, time scheduling of targets, inter-agency coordination, problem of delays lack of proper reporting control system.
