Abstract
This is a general introduction to the Sarangpur Project. The case shows that while there is considerable increase in the animal husbry activities, there is no commensurate increase in funds other resources. It further shows that little is being done to devise a system of appraisal control which would enable the project officer to use his experience skills. It also emphasizes the interrelated nature of the tasks of increased milk productivity, milk procurement processing, milk marketing. The case thus brings out several policy issues in terms of organizational structure setting up of goals objectives.
