Abstract
This case deals with the organizational problems arising out of the request of two employees for mutual transfer. Case (A) describes the issues relating to the matter at the lowest level of management. As the matter is not solved at this level, it is taken to the second level of management, which is described in Case (B). Case (C) describes the decision problem faced by the top management, which ultimately has to give a decision. Each part is, by itself, an exercise in decision making by trainees.
