Abstract
Discusses the major technological developments accomplished over a period of ten years. Technological problems have been highlighted in particular. In the process of doing its own development work, the company had to face on the one hand many a financial and growth problem, and on the other, further product?development plans and the related problems. The case also discusses the company's product?mix, marketing, and the thinking of its executives on the future course of action. Students are expected to discuss the contemplations of the company's top management and then make recommendations for the future.
