Abstract
The case is about building an organisational structure for a Cooperative which has experienced rapid growth during the last few years. The objectives of the organization are to supply agricultural inputs on the one hand and and market and process output of the farmer members on the other hand. The case illustrates how harmonious relations can be built between several activities of the organization how the points and degree of decentralization within the organizational structure are determined.
