Abstract
The case gives an insight into the appraisal process of term-lending institutions. It also indicates the ways through which the funding institutions insulate themselves against the sensitive variables. The case also includes a copy of the letter of intent actually issued by the term-lending institutions wherein a specific provision has been made to safeguard against sensitive variables under the project being appraised.
