Abstract
The case discusses the difficulty experienced by a fertilizer manufacturing unit in Western India. The main difficulty is relating to the irregular supply of two raw materials which are to be used in a fixed proportion. As a result of the above capacity utilization remains at a low level. The question posed at the end is how best can the unit make a representation about these difficulties to the authorities.
