Abstract
Prashant felt the need to get a few suits stitched for his forthcoming functions. He bought the fabric and gave it to a reputed tailoring shop for stitching. When he visited the shop for trial of his suit, he was horrified to see the manner in which it was handled and stitched by the shop. The explanation given by the head tailor had further shocked him. The case describes what had followed, and in the process, highlights issues of customer service, employee attitude, and consumer action.
