Abstract
This case presents the problems in business policy of a smallscale manufacturer of the hubs for bicycles. The problems faced in export marketing by this unit are treated in the framework of the total market for the product. Special focus is put on the linkages between allocating the output for the domestic market and the export markets. The case focuses attention on the need for formulating an integrated business strategy for this company.
