Abstract
This is an integrated case incorporating the activities taken up by a district cooperative fish marketing federation. These activities include production enhancement, procurement, processing, marketing. The case can be used to discuss the following issues: 1) identification of factors responsible for the growth of the society meaningful indicators to measure growth, 2) lessons that can be drawn from the societys attempt to integrate production, processing, marketing, 3) plans for meeting the shortage of prawns.
