Abstract
The case details out issues on the challenges faced by the organization in a dynamic liberalized economy where auto manufacturers of the world are entering the Indian market. Challenges such as customer focus, process efficiency, and organization structure redesign are described. Four specific (not mutually exclusive) options are set forth for future initiatives.
