Abstract
This case deals with the evolution and growth of the export business of a small scale unit within the context of the overall business policy of the organization. It focuses on the costs and benefits of the exporting activity and also on the organizational aspects of splitting up the family business in order to take advantage of the permissible benefits under Indian tax laws.
