Abstract
The case explores the economics of health screening of potential security guards for possible infections using pooled samples versus individual testing. The context admits an appropriate application of binomial probabilities. The case provides an opportunity to discuss administrative arrangements, infrastructure facilities and information tracking in both pooled and individual samples. This short case provides meaningful insights as well as helps understand and appreciate uncertainty.
