Abstract
This case deals with the anatomy of turn around and how it was achieved by MPGB through changes in macro policies and organizational arrangements within a bank. It moreover provides data to analyse questions that are raised on organizational principles of rural banking and their extension in addition to studying the concept of scale economies and its application by MPGB.
