Abstract

The case describes how the chief executive of one of the zones of a nationalized commercial bank and that of Grameen Bank developed individual styles for managing rural banking and its viability. The case also discusses some of the management practices and inputs that can be utilized for these in addition to showing the results accomplished by him.
