Abstract
Rohit had an expensive camera that had developed a technical problem. He decided to get his camera repaired and gave his camera at the Quick Photo shop for an estimate for repair. What had followed became a nightmare. The case describes his experience and the sequence of events that had taken place and his long battle for his rights. In the process, it highlights issues of customer service, employee attitude and behavior, and consumer action.
