Abstract
In this case, we discuss how internet based technology and information technology can be leveraged to re-engineer a pharmaceuticals company, Pharmacia (India). We discuss problems faced by Pharmacia in their sales and distribution management and how they have used in 2000-2002 the internet based technology to address the problem faced by the company and make a solution that was unique to Indian conditions.
