This describes the rules related to a PC based single user Project Monitoring Game. The user is provided with the list of 12 activities, their predecessors and expected durations. The activity durations are uncertain. As the game progresses, at the end of each review period, the player has to revise the due date committed. There is a penalty for revising the due date and for time overflow. The user's objective is to maximize his/her revenue or equivalently to minimize his/her penalty.
