Abstract
This case describes the population education programme conducted by the Family Planning Association of India. After three years of the programme, the director was keen to review the efforts. The case writer interviewed several people connected with the project and they felt that a systematic evaluation of all the activities was necessary. The problem posed by the case is how best to devise the evaluation criteria for the project, based on the data provided in the case, and suggest a course of action for the remaining period of the project.
