Abstract
The owner of Pandya Farms was wondering whether he should expand the production of hybrid maize seed in view of the state government entering the business. He was also worried by the attitude of the political workers regarding the pricing of hybrid maize seed as they did not differentiate in price between grain and seed. The teaching is to show the importance of improved seed production programme.
