Abstract
This case describes the organizational structure and processes in a state handloom corporation as in existence at the end of two years of operations. The evolutionary process in crystallizing the structure and the apparently flexible style of the managing director are highlighted. Students are expected to evaluate the existing systems and processes and predict the role dynamics that may emerge in future.
