Abstract

Dr. Akhileswar, a management faculty from a central university experienced the use of the case study method as a teaching tool, while the Faculty Development Programme at Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. His observations about the case instructors and the participants' involvement in the learning process through case discussion and analysis has been presented in this case. The protagonist raises many questions about the case method of teaching, to which he hopes to find answers.
