Abstract
This case describes the management practices, with special focus on Human Resource Management and organizational culture building, of NIIT. From a fledging organization 1981, NIIT has grown to become the third largest software company in India. It has a base of 1000 clients and operation in 30 countries. The case provides an opportunity to the participants to analyze the various management practices of NIIT and link me analysis with its mission and performance
