Abstract
The case describes the decision situation faced by the marketing manager of a publishing company with respect to a children's fortnightly publication. The company is faced with the problem of deciding on strategies to improve the sales of the product which despite sales promotion efforts, are not showing any sustained improvement in performance. This case is useful in analysing product and brand strategies in the context of product life cycle.
