Abstract
The case highlights some problems relating to executive training in a bank, by describing the process of training and placement undergone by a promising trainee. Suitable for discussing the objectives and structure of executive training programmes in a bank, and the problems of incorporating training into the existing organizational structure and management practices. It describes the problem of training from the trainee's point of view.
